We provide digital services to you in the form of courses, online training, e-books, and magazines on our academy website. Posting your purchase of services, courses, training, or workshops on the academy website will be delivered to you online via a link with a login credential. Which you can use from anywhere.

The services, courses, training, or workshop you purchase on the website will be delivered to you within 2 to 5 hours of the purchase.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We thank you for enrolling at PMHR Academy. We appreciate the fact that you like to use or buy the services, courses, training, and workshops we provide. Furthermore, we also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our services.

As with any purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at PMHR Academy. We'll collect the funds through an aggregated platform. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at PMHR Academy by SBR, you agree to the terms set forth below along with the policy.

If there’s something wrong with the services, or if you are not happy with it, you have 1 week from the start date of the service, courses, training, or workshop (1st scheduled session of the program you enrolled for) or before the start of the 2 sessions (whichever is earlier) to issue a refund request in writing through email on [email protected]

Your refund may take 5 to 6 working days to process. You will be notified when you receive your money.
